Job Description

 

  • Use marketing and business knowledge to extend the company client base.
  • Canvass (Cold Call) employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their precise recruitment requirements and make appointments.
  • Help to manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Documenting a client’s details and vacancy requirements.
  • Clarify and negotiate terms and conditions relating to the job role.
  • Advertise posts appropriately using a wide range of media, newspapers, job boards, magazines etc.
  • Review applications, any legal checks, help manage interviews, interview and assess candidate’s skills.
  • Monitor candidates when placed by collecting information from the client regarding their performance and suitability.
  • Fill vacancies to include temporary, fixed-term and permanent.
  • Make face-to-face presentations with prospective clients.
  • Maintain records and personal stats to review against performance targets.
  • Help with the temporary payroll for their division.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

 

  • Graduate, or graduate calibre, or has previous sales experience
  • Be diligent and conscientious.
  • Have great communication skills
  • Be able to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Be able to develop and maintain candidate relationships.
  • Be persuasive
