Job Description
- Use marketing and business knowledge to extend the company client base.
- Canvass (Cold Call) employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their precise recruitment requirements and make appointments.
- Help to manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Documenting a client’s details and vacancy requirements.
- Clarify and negotiate terms and conditions relating to the job role.
- Advertise posts appropriately using a wide range of media, newspapers, job boards, magazines etc.
- Review applications, any legal checks, help manage interviews, interview and assess candidate’s skills.
- Monitor candidates when placed by collecting information from the client regarding their performance and suitability.
- Fill vacancies to include temporary, fixed-term and permanent.
- Make face-to-face presentations with prospective clients.
- Maintain records and personal stats to review against performance targets.
- Help with the temporary payroll for their division.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Graduate, or graduate calibre, or has previous sales experience
- Be diligent and conscientious.
- Have great communication skills
- Be able to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Be able to develop and maintain candidate relationships.
- Be persuasive
- Be self-motivating and enthusiastic.
