Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit a Part time Customer Service Representative to join the expanding team of our well established client based in Orton Southgate, Peterborough.
Objective:
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our clients company. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Customer Service Representativewill interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and to provide an excellent shopping experience. They will build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure that customer's needs are met.
Duties:
• Manage customer accounts in our large database including entering customer information onto the system.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Work with the sales team to ensure that each customer is satisfied with the shopping experience.
• Strive for excellence and maintain high standards for customer service and sales.
• Work with other departments to ensure that the shopping experience is consistent across all channels.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
• Maintain an attractive and appealing environment for customers.
• Work as a team with other departments to ensure the shopping experience is consistent across all channels.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Focused on achieving results through effective communication with clients.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Hours: Part-time: Monday – Friday.
Pay rate: From £10.75 per hour.
