Due to a position becoming available, Taskmaster Resources Ltd are looking for an Driving/Logistics Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Driving Division in Doncaster, you will be working as part of a team Monday - Friday between the hours of 07:00 - 18:00, rotating 3 shift pattern, totaling 40 hours per week.
What does the role involve?
This position is a full 360 role and would suit someone already working within the logistics sector however FULL training will be provide to get you up to speed. You will be responsible for maintaining an already a successful logistics desk, existing clients and maintaining relationships including all well-known blue chip companies, identifying and winning new business when required, due to Covid 19, government guide lines we are doing online registrations and telephone interviews, placing candidates successfully together with maintaining office compliance and with other administration duties.You will also be responsible for processing all payroll duties on a Rota basis or when required to cover holidays.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate we're after would have:- The ability to grow the branch through effective sales calls & prospect meetings with new and old clients
- Able to meet KPI's with an out going and positive personality with a, 'can do attitude'
- You will be a confident communicator capable of dealing with clients at all levels
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent levels of customer service
- Time management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with drivers and customers a like
- Full, UK driving license would be essential for this role as you will be traveling to meet clients
- Cover out of hours Rota one in every three weeks on weekends only.
- IT Literate
- Keen to succeed, be driven and self-motivated
