Job Title: Conveyancer - Case Handler
Salary: £25k-£45k (dependent on experience) + bonus + employee perks

Role Overview:
- Proactively manage client related case handling tasks, handling a varied caseload and efficiently handling client work to maximise benefits for the firm.
- Supporting the Team Leader, Managers and Head of the Department and assisting in the development of more junior members of the team.
- Monitor and review capacity and liaise with Team Leader where appropriate
- Develop a culture of teamwork and high performance with a strong focus on customer care.
- Deal with a residential conveyancing caseload in the region of 75 files consisting of freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership and Newbuild
Required skills and experience
- Extensive knowledge of the Conveyancing process in practice and preferably through further / higher education (LPC, LLB, Cilex)
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ensure work carried to set processes and procedures of the business
