What we need:

  • We are looking for talented conveyancers who have the ability to lead a team of up to 10 people. As the working environment is a fast paced challenging one you must be staunchly commitment to achieving individual and team targets / objectives.

  • You are likely to be a Solicitor, CILEX qualified, Licenced Conveyancer, or perhaps an unqualified individual who is competent at managing a high volume of transactions and able to work unsupervised. You will also be experienced in dealing with freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, transfer of equity and unregistered titles.

  • What's most important is that you are able to evidence at least 3 years' recent experience of carrying out high volume re-mortgage transactions and preferably have significant people management experience. Furthermore, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of providing pro-active, consistent and efficient client service and legal advice.
