Operations Manager


To cost effectively manage all aspects of operational activity whilst adhering to client contractual terms and legal regulations.

Accountable to

General Manager

Responsible for

Overall responsibility for operational performance and direct management responsibility for operations and customer services.

Ensuring all team members understand expectations and deliver against contractual terms.

Develop, coach and motivate team members to improve performance through 1-2-1 reviews.

Coordinating recruitment of staff and succession planning

Point of escalation for both internal and external customers taking ownership through to resolution.

Liaise with sales and account management teams, providing support and advice in addition to planning expertise.

Manage contractual relationships with all service providers.

Provide project and implementation planning for new contract wins.

Daily, Weekly, Monthly and ad-hoc management reporting.

Review and develop operational processes for continual improvement

Conduct service reviews with clients and key suppliers as required

Perform such other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the General Manager

Pricing & Costing on a daily basis
