Ian and Christa Taylor have expanded their hotel group even further. They have acquired the 21-bedroom home and this offers them an exciting country house and this is designed to complement their existing properties that are in the centre.

 

Ian and Christa have super big plans to try and transform Homewood into a very laid-back country hideaway. The hotel will bring together all of the understated appeal of having a private country home but this is going to be combined with the service that Kaleidoscope have been providing over the years. When you look at the kitchen team you will find that Marc Hardiman has taken up the position and that he is joining as the executive chef at the Great Fosters Country house. Marc has already led his team to having three AA rosettes and he also has a Michelin star for his very own Tudor restaurant. When he grew up, he had formal training and he went to Bath college as well. The brand-new restaurant concept will be entirely focused on home-grown produce and the dishes are going to be designed to try and give the maximum flavour and they are also going to be catered around what people want to eat as well. This is especially interesting if you work in catering recruitment or in catering jobs.
