LXI REIT have sold two of the older Travelodge hotels to a buyer. They have done this at a total price of £12.6m. The company have sold their hotel in Haverhill, Essex and then Beacon Hill which is near Ipswich. The buyer is only known as being institutional and this really does reflect on a low exit yield.
