Description

Do you want to work in a role that is all about helping people? Have you got excellent communication skills? Have you worked in customer services previously?

If so, this could be the role for you.

We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor role working for one of our legal clients based in Wakefield. The position is working on a temporary ongoing basis, with the right candidate starting ASAP. The role will reverberate around providing advice and guidance to customers. This will involve:

  • Liasing with customers over the telephone, via email and through chat.
  • Quickly establishing what the customer wants and getting across the benefits in an articulate manner.
  • Tracking calls on the inhouse system, making detailed notes.
  • Conducting customer reviews and surveys.
  • Gathering detailed feedback from both registered and inactive customers.

The ideal candidate will have undertaken a similar role previously. However, if you have worked in customer services and always go that 'extra mile', then do not hesitate to apply.

Due to the urgent nature of this request, successful applicants will be contacted swiftly.
