We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor role working for one of our legal clients based in Wakefield. The position is working on a temporary ongoing basis, with the right candidate starting ASAP. The role will reverberate around providing advice and guidance to customers. This will involve:
- Liasing with customers over the telephone, via email and through chat.
- Quickly establishing what the customer wants and getting across the benefits in an articulate manner.
- Tracking calls on the inhouse system, making detailed notes.
- Conducting customer reviews and surveys.
- Gathering detailed feedback from both registered and inactive customers.
The ideal candidate will have undertaken a similar role previously. However, if you have worked in customer services and always go that 'extra mile', then do not hesitate to apply.
