Sales Advisors (B2C)


£21k per annum (realistic OTE £29k per annum)

Permanent, Full Time between the core hours of 9am and 6.30pm (No Weekends)

If you are brilliant at talking to people of all ages, building their trust and understanding their needs, why not join my client, a fast growing tech company connecting consumers with local and national Financial Advisors.

Role Overview:

  • Office based, building rapport over the telephone with consumers making inbound enquiries

  • Building their trust, understanding their needs and recommending a great financial advisor

  • Handling objections, you'll empathise and educate to produce consumers enthusiastic about speaking to a recommended advisor

  • Working to targets and conversion rates

You will have:

  • Previous B2C or B2B telephone based sales experience

  • A track record of meeting and beating sales and service KPI's

  • Ability to self-motivate and learn new things

  • Competent computer skills to use a simple CRM system

  • A proactive and professional approach
