The Role

You shall be providing important secretarial / administrative support within the Commercial Property department in order to ensure a first class legal service is provided to the firm's clients. You shall do this both independently and within a team context (within the department and also the wider firm). A full job description will be provided to short-listed applicants

You

  • Excellent IT skills, in particular experience of using digital dictation and Microsoft Office packages
  • A commitment to delivering excellent & professional support to colleagues and client
  • The ability to plan, problem solve and have the confidence in your own ability to use one's initiative where necessary
  • An ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Accurate, fast typing speed (at least 70wpm)Previous experience as within the legal sector, in particular with a working knowledge of the Commercial Property/Real Estate area
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • A discreet and confidential manner in regards to sensitive information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust your style depending on the audience
  • A strong team player
