Appointment Setter/Booking Representative - Peterborough

Salary 21k plus commission

Objective for the position:
To book quality meetings with decision makers in accordance with departments standards and individual goals.

Tasks and responsibilities specific for the position

  • Map and plan booking activities in accordance with overall sales- and market plans
  • Conduct and finish bookings in accordance with department standards and routines
  • Contribute to the outside salesmen reaching their budgets and goals
  • To be profitable in terms of geography of booked meetings and decision makers being present in meetings
  • Active use of CRM system
  • Demonstrate our products via teamviewer over the phone to customers and close the sale

  • Comply with the company's ethical guidelines in exercising his/her position.
  • Be an ambassador for the company
  • Comply with methods and procedures as described in the company's management system.
  • Contribute to improve the company's methods and procedures through the system for improvement suggestions.

  • Contribute to good information security
  • Comply with demands to him/her in employment contract and information security procedures / guidelines.
  • Alert his/her superior as soon as possible with suspicion of or observation of a security breach - or alert Security officer if superior is unavailable.
  • Comply with the company's information security policy.
