Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Yard Supervisor for our well recognised manufacturing and production client in Ramsey.
Duties of the Yard Supervisor position include:
- Manage the external and internal maintenance
Managing a team of labourers and operatives
Experience within a production environment is desirable but not essential and each applicant will be assessed on an individual basis.
The Yard Supervisor position is a manual position, occasionally requiring some heavy lifting.
Suitable candidates for the Yard Supervisor role must:- Have a strong understanding of the English language and feel confident in the reading and calculating of measurements.
- Candidates must have a hard working can-do attitude and strive to complete each job to a high standard.
- Candidates must be physically fit.
- Candidate must have a strong management style.
- Be flexible with their working hours.
Yard Supervisor will be expected to adhere to all health and safety measures at all times as well as the ability of maintaining a clean and orderly work station.
The Yard Supervisor position is on an on-going basis. Hours will be: 0800 - 1630 (but must be flexible with their working hours), Monday to Friday, £10.50ph.
