- Payroll Administrator
Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit for a Payroll Administrator for our well established, busy client based in the Hampton, Peterborough area.
With an expected start date of 17th or 24th January, The Payroll Administrator position will require the successful applicant to be involved with the processing of payments, raising of Purchase orders, invoice processing and general organisational administrative tasks.
With a competitive pay rate of £10.30 per hour and hours between 09:00 – 17:00 daily (Mon – Fri) the Administrator position would be suitable for a candidate who:
- Shows confidence when speaking and leasing with colleagues, both personally and via telephone and/or email.
- An enthusiastic individual who expresses excellent customer service skills.
- An all-round candidate who can put their mind to any given task; sometimes involving tight deadlines.
- Has the Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail whilst working at speedand developing a positive rapport with others.
- Has a positive, proactive attitude and confidence in the use of IT applications
Duties for the successful Administrator applicant will include:
- The arranging and processing of payments
- Answering of telephone calls whilst responding to customer and in-house emails
- Raising purchase orders on the system and successfully organising invoices.
- Maintaining good levels of both stationary, uniform and equipment held on site
- Completing general organisational administrative duties
- Experience is desirable but not essential as all training will be provided to the successful Administrator applicant
- The suitable candidate must have an excellent understanding of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Be able to work well under pressure both individually and as part of a team; having the ability to prioritise own workload effectively with minimal supervision -
- The successful applicant must understand and feel confident working with confidential information.
Interviews for the position are expected to begin, the week commencing 10th January
