Meet Mark: 17 Years of Building High-Performing Recruitment Teams
Mark’s recruitment career spans 17 years, covering a steady progression through sales, branch leadership, onsite management, and regional roles. He began by developing new client relationships within technical and industrial recruitment before moving into branch and onsite leadership.
Over the last six years at RE Recruitment, Mark’s role has evolved significantly. He first built the onsite division before and during the pandemic, servicing volume clients within healthcare logistics, food production, and the automotive sectors.
More recently, his remit has expanded to include leadership of three branches – Cheltenham, Hereford, and Worcester – and the development of an overseas division supplying seasonal labour across industries such as food production and agriculture.
To further enhance the solutions toolkit within RE, and within Mark’s wider team, there’s also a Professional Services division, headed by Abi Howell, which focuses on roles (typically £30k–£60k) across Commercial, Administration, Sales, Finance, and Technical & Engineering at all levels and through to senior management.
