Strategic HR & Recruitment Services framework (3S)

ESPO is a public sector-owned professional buying organisation which

provides procurement solutions to organisations including local

authorities, schools, the NHS and other public sector bodies.

Being part of the framework provides another route through which

eligible public sector organisations can access trusted recruitment and

workforce support, while giving us further opportunities to build

relationships and expand our services across the region.

The framework appointment complements the growth already taking place

within our Public Sector division and strengthens our ability to respond

to the evolving workforce requirements of public sector organisations.

division, with our teams supplying quality staff to help clients
