Taskmaster Resources (www.tmrec.com), a leading UK industrial and driving recruitment specialist, today announces a significant leadership transition. Lucy Kuc has been promoted to Managing Director, while the current MD of 15 years, Andrew Skorupka, moves to the role of Executive Chairman.

This leadership evolution comes during a period of intense transformation and success for the company. In her previous role as Sales Director, Lucy has been instrumental in securing new complex onsite partnering agreements and large-scale managed service driving contracts which have contributed to an organic fee income growth of 19% during the last 12 months.

In addition to this, the company has an active "buy-and-build" strategy, supported by investor and advisory partner Adama Capital, completing two key acquisitions in the three years since their investment. The most recent, RE Recruitment, added £20m in sales revenue, 25 staU, and three strategic branches to the group. These moves have significantly bolstered Taskmaster’s geographical supply capability and pushed the company north of £100m turnover.
