Taskmaster conduct regular performance reviews with all clients to ensure that our established high standards are maintained and that any issues are identified and addressed at the outset.

We believe in openness and honesty with our clients. If we are unable to immediately satisfy a requirement then our position will be disclosed (rather than improvising with an inappropriate resource).

Our commitment to quality is intrinsic to fulfilling our client's needs, and is endorsed by our ISO9001:2008 accreditation (awarded in 1996). Taskmaster were one of the first businesses in the UK to satisfy the conditions of the new Gangmaster Licensing Act .

Further screening may be arranged at a client's request, for example, call centre simulations, credit checks, role-play, as well as on or off-site induction.
