Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Based in Nottimgham
TM Resourcing - (Technical & Engineering Division) are looking for a Skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a large engineering company in Nottingham
Job Purpose:
To ensure all equipment, plant, machinery and working environment is maintained to good serviceable levels, ensuring optimum process capability and up-time.
Principle Duties/Accountabilities:
Ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled.
Ensure breakdowns are attended to urgently and facilitate full repair and re-commissioning to ensure the process is capable.
Ensure work area, work equipment and tooling is kept clean, tidy and in good condition
Adhere to all policies and procedures.
Work within all Health and Safety, environmental and disciplinary guidelines.
Nature and Scope:
Operate within company policies and procedures. Whilst Supervision will be given, this role requires initiative, self-motivation and ownership. Good communication with the team and all areas is essential.

Increased machine/plant up-time
Reduce breakdown time
Satisfied internal customer levels
Safe, clean and tidy work area
Quality of workmanship
Hours of work - 3 Shift system
Alternating AM/PM/Days Shift (39 hours per week)
Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm/8am - 4pm/2pm - 10pm
Friday 6am - 1pm/8am - 3pm/1pm - 8pmPay and benefits:
Salary is £23,707 + 18% = £27,974 with Shift premium
£11.69 with Average Shift Premiums of 18%. = £13.79
