Business Collections Advisor - Liverpool
Permanent - £21K + monthly bonus
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
TM Resourcing are working with an established debt recovery firm based in the city of Liverpool and they are looking to recruit a Business Collections Advisor to join their friendly team. The role will involve collecting debt from business customers as well as some consumer debt so the ideal person will have experience dealing with both business and consumer debt.
Key Duties:
Making and receiving calls to customers in default or in payment difficulty.
Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements in line with client specific guidelines and FCA/CSA rules.
Manage and prioritise your own workload, ensuring all actions taken are compliant with FCA rules.
Deal with disputed accounts.
About You:
A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role is essential, as is B2B Collections experience. Candidates who have worked in both B2C and B2B Collections are preferred.
Able to handle objections and negotiate to achieve maximu results.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Target driven and able to work on your own iniative.
