LGV Cat C1 (7.5 Tonne) Driver

We are currently recruiting drivers based in Huntingdon (Cambridgeshire). We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for drivers with experience of 7.5 tonne vehicles.

We have work provided on a regular basis Monday - Friday. We require drivers who have a positive can do attitude, that are willing to go the extra mile when needed and are able to work in a professional/responsible manner. This role will suit someone who has previously worked as a 7.5 tonne driver. You will be required to be flexible based on our requirements.

The ideal candidate will need:

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence applicable for driving 7.5t vehicles with no more than 6points
• Ability to deliver good customer service
• Organised and able to work on own initiative
• Good geographical awareness and/or map reading skills
• Knowledge of digital tachographs and FTA regulations
• Knowledge of working time directive

• Valid Drivers CPC Qualification Card

• Digital Tachograph Card
• Professional and flexible attitude
• Excellent time-keeping skills
• Good comprehension of written and spoken English - Drivers are required to converse with our clients/customers and must be able to complete administrative duties such as timesheets, vehicle check sheets and proof of delivery forms.
• LTD and PAYE drivers are welcome

Salary: £9.50 to £10.50 P/hour

• ID - Passport, EU Identification Card or Birth Certificate
• 3 x Licenses - Driving Licence, Digital Tacho Card and CPC
• Proof of personal bank details - Bank statement
• National Insurance Number - NOT PAYSLIP (Can accept - P45, P60 or a letter from HMRC)
• 2 years Reference details MUST be available

• LTD - Business Bank Statement & LTD Certificate
