Sales Support Manager
£25,000
We are currently looking for a Sales Support Manager within a busy and diverse company.
The successful candidate will be working with the Head of Sales by overseeing a team of business managers across a variety of sectors and reporting performance against sales targets.
You will be:
- Managing lead flow, volume, call targets and lead quality and feeding back to the marketing team as appropriate.
- Setting and communicating sales and customer service KPI's to the team and monitoring individual performance.
- Hitting sales targets by successfully managing and growing the sales team, as well as implementing sales strategies to improve productivity.
You will also be taking on a lot of customer service responsibilities, such as complaint resolutions, keeping accurate records of correspondence and ensuring you maintain agreed customer service standards.
