TM Resourcing Technical and Engineering (Part of the Taskmaster Recruitment Group) are looking to recruit a Senior Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities
Key Requirements
To monitor & maintain all equipment to ensure efficient operation.
To carry out breakdown repairs, as able, to factory equipment.
To provide assistance to other shift members, as necessary, when requested by the Shift Team Leader or Site Management.
To carry out repairs work, cover breakdowns and do preventative maintenance as designated by the maintenance Manager
To carry out routine electrical or mechanical maintenance according to planned maintenance schedules.
To ensure all essential spares are in stock to cover breakdowns.
The Successful Candidate must
Have served a recognized City and Guilds Electrical/ Mechanical Apprenticeship
Have extensive Electrical/Mechanical experience working in a continuous process environment
Be familiar with general factory maintenance practices
Be conversant with basic PLC logic and inverter drives
Be conversant with steam, boilers, traps, pumps, conveyors, general fitting, welding etc.
Be able to work using your own initiative
Be able to work on your own or as part of a team
Be able to communicate well at all levels
Salary £35,500 per year
