Insurance Technician/Sales Advisor

£15,000 basic plus generous commission + benefits (OTE of £26,000) and regular salary reviews

Shift Pattern: two week rota involving some early shifts (8.30 AM - 430PM) and some late shifts (11.30AM to 7.30PM) and two Saturdays per month.

We are seeking Insurance Technicians to work in St Ives. You will be concentrating on maximising customer sales and retention through both inbound and outbound calls.

Regular salary reviews at 9 months to £16k and 18 months to £17.5k. There are great opportunities for carer progression, as well as attending events throughout the year.

The ideal candidate will have great communication, wanting the opportunity to work in sales, target driven and able to work under their own initiative.

You do not have to have previous experience to apply for this role as 8 weeks full training is given. It is a great opportunity for someone from a retail/customer service background to get their foot on the commercial career ladder, or maybe someone who has been out of work for a while and is hungry to learn and looking for a chance to earn some great money. You could even be a school leaver or recent graduate with a strong work ethic and trainable attitude.

The next available start date is the 15th of August, so we are looking to interview potential candidates ASAP.

Due to location car drivers are preferred, or local people who can access public transport.
