German Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Preston
Permanent - £16-18.5K + bonus
Shifts Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00 plus 1 Saturday per month (09:00 - 13:00)
TM Resourcing are working with an established business based in Preston who are on the lookout for a fluent German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The role will involve dealing with customers in Germany via telephone and email.
Key Duties:
Interacting with customers via inbound/outbound telephone calls and emails.
Account management.
Dealing with billing queries and resolving any disputes or questions.
Translating customer correspondence.
About You:
Fluent in German (verbal and written)
Able to multi-task with sound judgment and decision making.
High attention to detail.
Customer service experience.
