Taskmaster Recruitment currently have a vacancy for a sales support manager to join an exciting and fast-paced company, based in Peterborough.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing several of the company's passioniate and hungry sales teams.Responsibilties:
- Contribute to and implement sales strategies
- Reporting performance against sales targets
- Training, coaching and mentoring the sales staff
- Performance managing any underperforming staff
- Sharing your unique wisdom with the sales staff, helping them to achieve targets
- There will also be customer service requirements, such as taking ownership of customer issues and following through to resolution
