Job Overview:
Assist the Conveyancing Department by providing support on legal and compliance issues
Perform in accordance with Client Protocols, Service Level Agreements with customers, clients and referrers, SRA and other regulatory requirements, Court Rules and the Firm's policies and procedures.
Provide the Conveyancing team with technical advice and assistance in regards to legal issues, Title Check assistance, advising on unusual or complex issues on title, assisting with the sign off process for completion, dealing with complaints where necessary and dealing with the file review process
Ensure all tasks and file reviews are undertaken in accordance with all training material and process and procedures of the business
Candidate Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of the Conveyancing process
Ability to build strong and effective relationships
Exceptional problem solving skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
