If you are looking for your next role as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator or Coach then this could be the right next step.
This progressive Fresh Produce business is looking for a qualified practitioner to lead projects and change within their factory in Lincolnshire
You must:
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, and Structured Problem Solving) concepts and tools to a level of expertise that provides credibility and give colleagues the confidence to follow.
- Demonstrate the ability to coach at all levels in the business and promote improvement in a positive and engaging way
- Have led CI within a manufacturing environment
- Have the ability to engage positively with colleagues from all areas of the business and external partners and customers.
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, orally and in writing, to a wide range of people and departments both internally and externally
- Understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Be able to demonstrate a proactive and flexible attitude to work, adopting a "hands on" approach as and when appropriate for the company's dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
- Possess competent PC skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to prepare written and graphical periodic reports
