Banqueting/Functions Manager - Stamford
My client based in Stamford is currently recruiting for a Banqueting/Functions Manager to manage all private lunch, dinners and wedding parties.
This is a very hands on role and is not office based.
The ideal candidate will manage a team of focussed customer service professionals to help delivery and fulfill all aspects of the function/event.
Must be able to manage marquee weddings catering for upto 150 guests.
Experience of fine dining and A la Carte would be advantageous with strong man-management skills.
The role will involve most weekends and some split shifts but these will be kept to a minimum where possible.
Salary up to 24K plus bonus, plus tips and free gym membership
Hours 45-50 a week
