Are you a Class 1 ADR (packages only) Driver who fancies the idea of straight-forward night trunking, Monday to Friday with the luxury of every weekend off?

It that's the case we may well have the very role you are looking for! You'll start by working on a full time, ongoing basis for a client who is a top ten global provider of transportation and logistics services based in Brinsworth and this may well develop into a permanent role for the right person.

The role involves driving a Class 1 delivering gas cylinders which are strapped into cages and lifted off the vehicle by fork-lift so there is no hand-balling involved. The role is working nights and you can expect your average shift length to be approximately 10-14 hours in duration. You are guaranteed a minimum of 8 hours.

These are direct trunks between depots, definitely no multi-drops involved. The role is predominantly Monday to Friday but you may, on rare occasion be asked to work the odd weekend.

The successful applicant can expect to earn £13.45 per hour for the first 8 hours. All hours over 8 will be paid at £20.18, plus you will accrue a generous amount of holiday pay.

To be successful you will need an ADR licence in packages, be over 25 years of age and have a minimum of 12 months continuous Class 1 driving experience. This criteria is a must for insurance purposes.
