ERP Systems Support
£30-35,000
A busy Packing and Distribution Site in Kent is currently in need of an ERP expert for onsite IT Support.
The purpose of the role will be to deal with and resolve queries from internal and external customers as they arise. You will provide systems expertise to the business and assist in building capability within our operational teams through providing training and user guides.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as first point of contact for queries by phone or email
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults/determine best solution based on the issue and details provided
- Database maintenance
- Conduct user acceptance testing for upgrades and support the subsequent role out
- Document work flows and practices
- Test new work flows and implement
- Review processes and recommend improvements
- Assist with project work
- Deputise for the IT Manager
- Occasional support provision out of hours for urgent queries
What we are looking for:
- Working with and through end users and customers
- Someone with experience of working in a produce or warehousing environment
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems - 'Prophet' would be advantageous
- Business Process Modelling
- Experience with BI tools
- Knowledge of EDI and SQL would be advantageous
