Rebrand Compliance Officer

We are looking for a rebrand compliance officer to work with one of our clients in Wakefield.

This organisation has an exciting rebrand across the UK group which requires support from a pragmatic compliance person to assist with the transition and ensure the regulatory and operational needs are maintained whilst ensuring the brand's voice is reflected throughout the compliance frameworks

Duties:

• To ensure the smooth transition of any regulatory and legal requirements for the rebrand across the group functions; special focus on our ABS Law firm.
• Liaising with lenders, regulatory and government bodies and their requirements to ensure the rebrand successful roll out with the minimal impact to the operations of the business
• Reviewing all copy content for the rebrand to ensure the compliance aspect is met whilst keeping within the Brand voice
• To ensure all activities of the organisation are carried out within the regulatory framework.
• To apply and enforce all appropriate Acts, regulation, codes, standards, controls and policies across the business in all entities
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and third parties; keep abreast with the changes in the compliance areas
• Excellent written communication skills needed to draft and revise company policies.
• Working with the operational areas of the organisation to ensure regulatory compliance forms part of any processes.
• Assisting with setting up compliance and quality training activities for the business
• Produce Compliance reports for the business
