Training Coordinator
C £25,000
An ambitious and growing company based in Lincolnshire is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator for the FMCG factory site.
The role is ideally suited to someone with a background in organising multiple records for multiple members of staff.
You will be accountable for ensuring compliance and tracking the relevant training across; New Starters and conducting ongoing refreshers for existing staff, where you will establish a training plan and record this against site KPI's.
You will ensure the right training material is in place for the needs of the business and will review this against site budgets and the training results.
Ideally you will have come from a similar role and will have a hands on and pragmatic approach to delivery.
