Food and Beverage Manager - Stamford
My client based in Stamford is recruiting for a new Food and Beverage Manager.
The ideal candidate must be able to supervise large teams and have a sound knowledge of food and wine whilst giving an exceptional customer service.
Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience working in a similar establishment with enhanced man-management skills.
Working over a 5/7 rota which will include weekends. Straight shifts will include evenings, however some splits will also be required but kept to a minimum where possible.
Weekly covers 1000 plus per week from breakfast, morning coffee/all day menu and afternoon tea.
Salary 22k - 24k DOE plus tips, bonus and free gym membership.
