We are currently recruiting for a IT Support Officer to work for one of our NHS Clients based in Leeds. The role is working on an ongoing temporary basis, with the right candidate starting ASAP. The role will reverberate around providing 2nd line support. The main duties will include:
- Providing assistance with hardware and software installations.
- Reviewing escalated calls.
- Being the first point of contact for support of laptops, printers, software etc.
- Managing IS functions.
- Resolving requests in line with the SLA.
- Managing system issues.
