CNC Machinist - Milling & Turning (Programmer, Setter & Operator)
Controls: Prototrak & HAAS/Fanuc
Permanent Days Shifts - 9AM to 5PM (Flexibility offered)
Salary: Up to £32K per annum

Our client specialises in the design and manufacture of implantable medical devices, their mission is to create the highest quality, innovative devices on the market. The company is constantly investing into research and development to ensure they are at the forefront of the industry.
We are currently looking for a Skilled CNC Machinist to join their team on a permanent basis, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing one offs, prototypes and small batch components for their existing clients and new development projects.
Duties Will Include:
Producing complex components by CNC Milling and Turning (CNC Machines Include 2x HAAS Toolroom Millers & 1 x XYZ Prototrak Lathe)
Creating bespoke programs online and offline for new products and developments
Bench fitting
Mechanical, electrical and electronic assembly
Ongoing maintenance and repair of equipment
Essential Candidate Requirements:
Qualified in Mechanical Engineering to HNC/City & Guilds/ NVQ Level 4 or equivalent
Experience in 3 and 5 axis CNC Milling and Turning
Experienced manual machining
CAD/CAM Programming experience
5+ Year's post qualification experience
Desirable Criteria:
Experience within a Maintenance or Toolroom environment
Bench fitting, repair, fault diagnostics
Electrical/Electronic assembly & repair
