Recruitment Consultant

TM Resourcing are currently expanding our small, friendly and successful Permanent Engineering Division and are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join their team based out of Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire.

TM Resourcing are an established, independent recruitment consultancy specialising in professional services into a number of disciplines throughout the UK.

Due to continued, planned growth an opportunity has arisen to join our Engineering division which focuses on the permanent placements of individuals within Maintenance Engineering roles, Electricians, Mechanical Fitters, Service Engineers from shop floor to Director level positions.

We are also keen to look at individuals who may be keen to work within a different discipline and/or someone from a Sales background who would like their first step into the career of recruitment.

Who we are looking for:

• Experienced Recruitment Professionals with a proven track record of consistent billing and the ability to develop and maintain business relationships;

• Sector experience, open minded regarding different disciplines;

• Strong business development and candidate resourcing skills

• Confident, well organised individuals with the ability to work autonomously

• Passionate about meeting with candidates and clients face to face, building relationships and providing a first class service;

• A sales individual with tenacity and drive to grow their own business.
