Valuer - Peterborough

We are looking to fill a position for a Sales Valuer/Negotiator.

If you are currently working in the estate agency industry in the UK as a Sales Valuer/Negotiator or within another heavily targeted sales role and are looking for the next step in your career - then this is the role for you!

Are you confident in your abilities to list and sell properties on a commission you deserve? If so how does a commission structure of 50/50 sound compared to a petty 3% of the sale? Are you earning a £20k basic but rather earn 50% of your sales commission???

£20K Basic Salary TO £60K OTE (Uncapped Commission) sky really is the limit.

The right candidate for the job needs to have the following:

• MUST have proven track record for negotiating and listing in estate agency
• Hard working, self-motivated, highly driven to succeed and not willing to settle for average results
• Possess the ability to generate new leads and convert these to new business
• Build upon existing relationships with vendors to acquire further business
• Must be outgoing, friendly and in general a real people person
• Passionate about providing great customer service, about properties and most importantly of all passionate about becoming a successful individual
• Must have use of own vehichle
