We are currently recruiting a number of porters to work for one of our NHS clients in Wakefield on an ongoing temporary basis.
The shift patterns are: 8am until 4pm and 9am until 5pm - Monday to Sunday
The hourly rates of pay are: Basic, £8.95; Saturdays, £13.38; Sundays, £17.90
Main duties:
- Safely transporting patients, materials and waste products.
- Cleaning and maintaining specific areas.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals.
- Answering queries both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Arranging and coordinating deliveries.
- Doing stock takes.
