- Description
To provide all administration support in relation to HR, membership and finance input as required.
To cover for the Financial Controller in periods of holiday and sickness.
Membership
- Processing new applications for memberships
- Sales tracking
- Monthly direct debit and auddis runs
- Membership renewal
- Chasing subscription debtors
- Maintaining all records with finite detail
- Ensuring confidentiality of all data
HR
- Recruitment
- Legislation awareness
- Administration/Co-ordinating training requirements
- Contracts of Employment
- Job descriptions
- Staff Handbook
- Payroll
- Disciplinary procedures
- Ensuring confidentiality of all records
Finance Assistant
- Purchase & Sales ledger input
- Supplier Payments
- Assistant on other financial admin tasks as required
- Sales Debtors chasing
- Stationery budget
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
HR aware and at least two years experience in a HR role
Finance awareness & qualifications if relevant
Sage Accounts and Payroll
Microsoft competent, Word and Excel
