- Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Food Production Supervisor to work they twilight shift for our ever client in Deeping St James.
Our client is a family run establishment who are forever expanding. The location is rather remote, therefore you will need to have a licence and your own transport.
You will be responsible for a small team and expected to mentor and delegate efficiently.
Hours of work will be 11am - 9.30pm, Sunday - Thursday.
Previous experience as a baker or chef would be advantageous.
Successful candidates must have:-
- Previous Supervisory experience
- Food production experience desired
- Ability to help implement new processes
- Ability to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Be quick thinking and able to and use initiative in a fast paced environment
