Revit Technician - Located in Stamford

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum

My client is seeking a Revit Technician to join their practice in delivering excellent results to some of their established clients. This practice specialises within design of Food Retail stores and warehouses, Marine Infrastructure and Schools & Academy's. They are looking for either recent graduates or an experienced Revit Technician to join this Architectural Practice where you will be working closely with Senior Architects and the Director of the company.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Revit Technician to come in and progress with their architectural career and have the opportunity to step up during work on certain projects. The software skills this Revit Technician will need to be proficient with are AutoCAD and Revit, any other software skills may be beneficial. This practice takes projects from Inception through to completion allowing for all element of the design process to be executed and potentially new skills to be learnt.

Revit Technician Position Overview

  • Production of feasibility, planning and working drawings.
  • In consultation with Senior staff, decide the format and scope of design data required for project (drawings, schedules, specification, etc).
  • Interpret instructions from senior Architectural staff regarding technical content of drawings, and legal requirements of the Building Regulations and other statutory bodies.
  • Translate standard/proprietary manufacturer's details onto working drawings.

Revit Technician Position Requirements

  • HNC/Bsc in Architectural Technology.
  • Soon to be graduating or with experience.
  • Computer Aided Design Software (AutoCAD/Revit).

Revit Technician Position Remuneration

  • Salary £18k to £30k DOE.
  • Pension.
  • 20 Days Holiday+ BH.
