Taskmaster are currently looking for production packers to join our client based in Motherwell on a temporary to permanent basis.

Our client produces handmade tasty treats and they distribute directly to a number of establishments from small grocers, coffee shops, delicatessens to a number of major supermarkets throughout the UK. They produce, package and distribute all goods from their bakery in Motherwell so successful candidates will have transferable skills and able to work in a fast paced environment.

We are looking for candidates that have previous experience working in a food environment or someone who is keen to begin their career in the food industry. Everything is handmade on site therefore if you have a passion for baking then this is the perfect role for you!

All candidates must be able to get to the location for 5am (as starts are between 5am and 7am) and be flexible to cover different shifts when required including Saturdays.

As a valuable member to the team you will be fully trained on your station within the bakery and play a key role in the production process. There will also be opportunities to develop and learn other stations within the bakery and progress to skilled areas. No previous bakery experience is required, however this can be advantageous.
