Licences / Qualifications / Experience:

Ideally Media Sales history but not essential.

Overall Purpose:

To identify customers needs, and to provide the right solutions to meet these in line with the magazines strategy and budget.

• Financial: Meeting and striving to exceed budgeted revenues and yields.
• Customers: Growing, developing and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve greater loyalty.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Manage your customers and conclude transactions.
• Ongoing learning of product knowledge and to gain an understanding of market forces.
• Achievement of all call rates.
• To actively sell advertising both in print and online.
• Administration, signed booking forms and all sales support procedures adhered to.

Key Performance Indicators

Financial: Monthly targets achieved both print and online.

Call Rates: Achievement of 30 effective calls per day.

Customers: All customer care initiatives adhered to.

Hours of Work:

0900-1730 Monday - Friday

Basic Salary:

Up to £20,000

Bonus / Other Benefits:

Bonus Potential: Yes

Bonus Potential Amount: Un-capped

Benefit Package: Bonus system and after three month's pension

Holidays (in days): 25 days + up to five lieu days for shows worked
