Trainee Sales Advisor

£24k per annum OTE

TM Resourcing are working with a market leading house builder to recruit several Trainee Sales Advisors for sites throughout West and South Yorkshire.

Operating on-site and reporting directly to the Field Sales Manager your duties will include the negotiating of the sale of houses on the development and you will advise customers on homes available, specifications and the buying process, ensuring you meet sales targets, including reservations and legal completions within set timescales.

Additional duties will include representing the company in sale negotiations and administration in a professional and timely manner, meeting and greeting of all visitors to the sales office in a polite, courteous and efficient manner and liaising regularly with customers, solicitors, estate agents and financial institutions, to ensure they are kept fully informed of the build programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with an interest in the new build housing market looking to kick start their career in the industry. Knowledge of construction methods and materials and the ability to understand technical specifications is preferrable as is a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will have a sales background with experience working towards targets and the drive and passion to succeed.
