Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, international Law Firm in the midst of an exciting period of expansion. We are looking for an impressive Business Development / Sales Manager with proven success in the Legal Sector who can take our client from 3rd to 1st position in the UK.

With serious investment being injected into the firm's infrastructure; the latest IT technology; attracting the top talent and also in developing that talent the firm are in a strong position to achieve their ambitions.

With you as the firm's pioneering Business Development Manager this aim shall no doubt be achieved sooner rather than later. You shall have the autonomy to mould the role as you see fit to get the desired results and with time you shall bring in similar minded individuals to work under you and expand the firm's reach even further.

The role:

As Business development manager you will be a brand ambassador, passionate about the firm and what they stand for, promoting the company and securing new relationships and revenue streams. You will be a great sales person, generating new leads and opportunities wherever and whenever possible; you will know and understand how to maintain and nurture long term sales cycles through the use of intelligent communication and relationship building. You will also develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure services are delivered to an excellent standard so as to maximise opportunities to provide added value programmes and services.

What we're looking for:

You will have proven B2B field sales experience, be self-motivated and comfortable working within a target driven environment. You will be a great listener, matching your approach to our employer's requirements and values, able to understand what our clients need.



Able to use your consultative sales approach to secure new employer clients, you have proven ability to utilise a variety of new business development lead generation approaches, from cold calling to presenting to a room of business owners, able to tailor your approach for different audiences. You will have an engaging communication style, able to build authentic and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.



You don't need to have in depth knowledge of the legal sector as full training will be provided, what you will need is passion for the opportunity, curiosity and an appetite to learn.
