TM Resourcing are working with an established plastic supplier based in Leeds and they are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful person will be responsible for managing, supporting and developing a team of Internal Sales and Purchasing Executives in a busy office environment.

You will be responsible for monitoring staff performance through appraisals and performance reviews and also supporting the current culture of team working to ensure smooth operations and consistency. You will put in place a telesales strategy to enable the team to achieve its targets and lead a culture of continuous improvement.

To be successful you will need to have prior sales team management experience. You may have worked as one of the following: Sales Team Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Team Leader, Sales Team Supervisor, Internal Sales Manager.

Experience within the plastics industry is desired, however our client will consider candidates from other sectors as full training will be given. You will need to be able to show strong telesales activity and setting the right example for the team as well as being skilled in leading with initiative and inspiration.
