We are looking for a HGV Class 1 Driver who would like to work on an ongoing basis for a client who is a leading nationwide contract logistics and supply chain management provider based in Skelmersdale.
The role is night shunting in the yard using a Terberg and is ideally suited to a driver who wants to work an average of 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with the option of a longer shift if you take a local run out. There are no nights out and no weekends! Your working night will start at 20:00 through to 04:00 but if you would like a longer shift you can have the option to do a local run on the road bringing the shift length up to 12 hours.
The contract will run on a full time basis from now till end December at which point we will endeavour to find you alternative suitable work if the contract is not extended.

To be successful you must have a minimum of 6 months continuous Class 1 driving experience. This criteria is a must for insurance purposes.
