Our Client is looking for an experienced customer service professional to join a luxury travel company in Stamford, working within an inbound contact centre helping families to select their ideal high end family holidays. Sales experience isn't essential for this role - however a positive, outgoing, confident personality is required.

Working 5 days per week; Shift pattern includes some evenings and 1 weekend day (9:30am-6:00pm) every two weeks

This success has led to rapid growth and as a consequence they are looking for Sales Executives to join their high performing, hard - working and fun loving team.

This is a multi-channel role, interacting with customers via web-chat, email and Facebook as well as on the phone. You will have a genuine interest in travel, a passion for delighting customers, strong administration and PC skills coupled with a healthy appreciation of and a desire to be part of something exceptional.

Proactive, enthusiastic and hardworking, you will be keen to take an active role in an active team - a team that works hard to exceed customer expectations whilst having a lot of fun.
