- Description
TM Resourcing's Technical Division are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Company based in Leeds, Who are on the lookout for Estimator.
My client require an experienced Estimator to work in a busy Leeds based office covering all aspects of internal fit out and bespoke joinery manufacture, covering nationwide projects.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied workload with estimating carried out from £1,000 to £1,000,000 in different sectors such as care homes, education, retail and leisure.
Key qualities for the role are:
Previous experience in a similar role is required
A minimum of 1 years' experience in required
Being able to liaise with and understand the client's perspective
Able to work well under your own initiative and be self-reliant at all times
Attention to detail
Working to deadlines
Innovative thinker for new processes, selection of materials and methods
Able to read and interpret technical/architect drawings and specifications
Good industry knowledge
Friendly and approachable
Good knowledge of excel & word
Full driving licence is also required
Company Benefits:
Salary £35,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
Vehicle/Car allowance will be provided

Working hours are 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
